General Terms
This Terms and Conditions Agreement is a legally binding user agreement concluded between a person (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) and the Site Administration https://belurk.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”), about the User’s access and use https://belurk.com website (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).
The User undertakes to use the Service exclusively for lawful and legitimate personal purposes as defined in this Agreement with the Terms of Use.
By clicking the "Register" or "Buy" button and/or by commencing the use of the Service, it is automatically confirmed that the user has read and agrees to this Agreement.
If the User disagrees with the terms of this Agreement, they immediately cease using the services of the Service.
The terms "we", "us" or "our" refer to https://belurk.com. The terms “you,” “your,” “User,” or “customer” refer to any person or entity who accepts these Terms, accesses your account, or uses the Services. Definitions
Further in the text the following definitions are established and applied:
User – means any legal entity or individual entering into a relationship for purposes such as ordering, trial, beta testing and others in relation to the provision of the Services.

Dispute – these are negotiations between the parties (Client and Proxy) about some troubles, questions and problems that arose during the use of the Service.
Force Majeure – means forces beyond the reasonable control of a party, including, but not limited to, fire, flood, natural disasters, labor disputes, epidemic and pandemic problems or other environmental disasters, acts of war or terrorism, disruptions in transportation or communications, supply shortages or failure of any third party party to perform any obligations related to the production or supply of any equipment or materials necessary for such party to perform its obligations under this Agreement.
Fraud – means the theft of someone else's property or the acquisition of rights to someone else's property through deception or abuse of trust.
Check – means a document presented to the buyer before or after delivery of goods or services to make payment for it.
Proxy server – refers to a server that acts as an intermediary between clients' request and a specific server for some services or requests for some resources.
Service – means the services that We will provide to the Client.
Subject of the agreement
By agreeing to the terms and conditions, and by consistently complying with this Agreement, the Administrator grants the User the non-exclusive right to use the services of the Service for personal commercial and non-commercial purposes within the law for the entire duration in accordance with the service package selected by the User.
The selected service package chosen by the User has a duration and technical limitations regarding the use of the Service. A requirement for accessing the Services and using them is to input a valid payment method through which the charges for the selected service package will be billed.
Basic provisions
By using the Service, the user undertakes to comply with the rules, as well as current legislation. The Administrator retains the right to terminate the provision of the Service or part thereof, and the User’s right to use the Service or part thereof is automatically suspended at this time. In this case, the Administrator will not provide any refund or other compensation to Users.
At its own discretion, the Administrator reserves the right to unilaterally refuse the User the right to use the Service, suspend the User's use of the Service, or restrict access to it in cases of violation of this Agreement or the norms of applicable legislation.
Persons under 18 years of age cannot use the Services.
To use the Service, the User provides the Administrator with a valid email address and password to create a registration account, as well as payment confirmation. The responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the provided information lies entirely with the User.
When using the Service, the User may have access to third-party data, content, and resources as if the User accessed them through the IP addresses provided by the Service.
If the User, with the assistance of the System, uses, records, stores, or accesses Third-Party Content, the User bears sole responsibility for these actions and undertakes not to violate the restrictions imposed on Third-Party Content
The User agrees not to use the Service to violate any applicable laws or rights of third parties, including the right to privacy, intellectual property rights, and not to engage in actions prohibited by law, and accepts this condition for using the Service's services.
In the event of the User's participation in prohibited actions or other violations of this Agreement and violations of the legal rights of third parties, they bear civil, administrative, criminal, and other liability as provided by applicable law.
The administrator reserves the right to suspend the user's use of the Service and deny access to the user at any time, at its discretion, if the user violates the rights of third parties or applicable laws without prior notice.
Prohibited Actions
When using the Service, the User does not approve, support, or encourage the implementation of Prohibited Actions, including when using the Services. Prohibited actions mean:

engaging in or encouraging illegal activities;
•
engaging in or promoting conduct that is defamatory, harassing, offensive or otherwise objectionable;
•
infringement of the intellectual property or other proprietary rights of any third party;
•
violation of the privacy or publicity rights of any third party;
•
interfere with the operation of the Services;
•
violation of the terms and conditions of these Terms or any policies or Terms incorporated by reference herein;
•
distribute viruses, adware, malware, spyware or any other similar harmful activities or products or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, hijack, destroy, limit or adversely affect the functionality of any computer software, hardware, network or telecommunications equipment;
•
make any network resource unavailable to its intended users, including, without limitation, via a Denial of Service (DoS) or Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attack;
•
distribute any illegal content or encourage any illegal activity;
•
access or otherwise interact with any government or financial entity of any country or jurisdiction;
•
or cause any damage to or disruption of any third party computers or services.
The User is responsible for intentional or unintentional damage caused by the User’s neglect, and the User is also responsible for the proper safety of using the Service.
The administrator has obligations to provide user data and all information related to prohibited user activities upon request from competent national and foreign authorities, without notifying the user and without their consent. This particularly applies to the following cases:
Duration of the Agreement
Each of the following actions shall be deemed to enter into force of this Agreement:
•
Registration in the Service.
•
Reading by the User of the terms of this Agreement and the Privacy Policy.
•
Confirmation of the User's consent in electronic form to comply with them.
The agreement is valid for an unlimited period of time.
The User undertakes to independently monitor changes and the relevance of the Agreement with the terms of use of the Service. By using the Service, the User agrees to the amended Terms. If the User disagrees with any clause of the amended Terms, he undertakes to stop using the Service. The User is advised to check this Agreement from time to time to understand the terms and conditions applicable to his use of the Service.
Disclaimer
The Administrator makes every effort to ensure that users of the Service are provided with reliable and up-to-date information. If errors or other problems occur, the User can contact the Administration by sending an email to [email protected].
The administrator cannot control the use of content and services offered by the Service by the user and therefore is not responsible for direct or indirect actions, losses, or damages caused by the use of such information or content by the user or third parties.
For this purpose, the User agrees that the Administrator is not responsible for failures in product purchases, interruptions in service provision, arising from circumstances beyond the control of the Service, as well as due to force majeure or acts of God.
Circumstances beyond the control of the Service include the use by the User of the following elements at his own discretion:

User IT systems;
•
web browsers;
•
viruses;
•
electrical, telephone connections;
•
modem;
•
ADSN, other transport or telecommunications infrastructure.
The Administrator is not responsible for any loss or damage caused to the User by third-party products or activities of third parties. The User's use of third-party products is at the User's own risk.
The Administrator retains the right to correct any errors or omissions in the operation of the Service.
By using the Service, the user agrees to the above risks and agrees to bear full responsibility for this.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
By using the Service, the User agrees to the following points:

The speed, anonymity and uptime of SOCKS5 cannot be guaranteed by the Service.
•
The Service does not guarantee compatibility with specific client software or websites.
•
The service does not guarantee a specific country, Internet provider or city for the proxy or the absence of a blacklist.
•
The service does not guarantee DNS changes.
•
The service does not guarantee that the services selected by the user will meet their requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, and error-free, nor that any results obtained from the use of the service will be accurate and reliable.
•
The Server is not responsible for any damage or loss of data resulting from the use of any materials obtained through the Service.
•
The Service does not provide any warranties other than those specified in these Terms.
•
Any attempt to probe, scan or attack your system is prohibited and will result in account suspension.
Returns policy
The user has the right to refuse to purchase goods before making payment. If the order was paid for by the User, a refund is not available.
Funds on the balance cannot be withdrawn from the Service system and can only be used to pay for the services provided by the Service.
We, as the Service Administrator, reserve the right to carry out refunds to users on an individual basis.
Suspension of services.
Termination Of The Agreement
The Administrator has the right to suspend the user's access to the service, which the Administrator may use at their discretion and is not obliged to notify the user in advance. By using the service, the user agrees to this rule. The Administrator may resort to any other available legal means if the user violates the service due to at least one of the following violations:
•
violation of the terms of this Agreement, the rights of the Administrator, the rights of third parties, or any applicable Laws or regulations;
•
the User's actions are prohibited or unacceptable;
•
the User's actions appear to be fraudulent or other illegal activity.
The Administrator has the right to refuse to execute payment orders provided by the User, suspend the provision of other services, and demand from the User additional documents in cases where the documents provided by the User do not comply with the legal requirements or where the Administrator has reasonable doubts about the correctness or authenticity of the documents submitted.
Dispute resolution
If a dispute arises, the User must contact the Administrator directly.
Any complaint/claim regarding the services provided by the Administrator will be accepted from the User in the form of a statement sent to the email address [email protected] with indication of the circumstances and documents on the basis of which the complaint / claim was submitted.
If the basis of the application is documents that the Administrator does not possess, the User must provide copies of them simultaneously with the submission of the application.
If the User disagrees with the decision made by the Administrator, the User has the right to use other legal remedies.
Communication between the Administrator and the User through messages sent by mail, email, if necessary, is considered as evidence during the resolution of disputes.
Final provisions
If any provision in the Agreement is invalidated, the other provisions of this Agreement will continue to be valid.
The User may not transfer his rights and obligations arising from this Agreement to third parties.
